These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Giveit2 mobile application and related services. By creating an account or scheduling a pickup, you agree to these Terms.

Service

Giveit2 helps you schedule doorstep collection of recyclable scrap. Rates, accepted items, and time slots are shown in the app before you confirm. We may refuse or cancel pickups for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

Your account

You must provide accurate contact and address information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login credentials secure.

Pickups and payment

Weighing and payment terms are communicated at the time of collection or as shown in the app. You agree to make scrap available at the scheduled time and location and to follow any instructions from our collection team.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, submit false bookings, harass staff, or attempt to disrupt or access systems without authorization.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed under applicable law in India.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
